AB 52 Training Workshops Available

ab-52ECORP is offering a comprehensive training course on the new requirements of Assembly Bill (AB) 52, which as of July 2015 amended CEQA to mandate consultation with California Native American tribes during the CEQA process. ECORP has conducted more than 30 workshops for both public and private sector groups, including North State BIA; APA Inland Empire; El Dorado County; San Bernardino County Public Works; Los Angeles County Public Works; cities of Lincoln, Redlands, Rocklin, Folsom, Anaheim, and Escondido; and Caltrans District 8. This two-hour training session provides an overview of the requirements of CEQA’s latest amendment and how those requirements fit in with the existing requirements of CEQA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, and Senate Bill (SB) 18.
